Starting in Nowra, we first go across the Shoalhaven River on the new bridge and up
through North Nowra with an optional extension down to the zoo (steep descent - beware!)
The route then takes us up to the attractive hamlet of Cambewarra Village where there is an old General Store for a ginger beer.
The route then goes up and down and across the Shoalhaven River again and back into Nowra.Though Nowra to a coffee stop anywhere in Nowra (most cafes shut at 4pm; so can go to any number of the pubs. The café Ninety-One Junction at 91, Junction Street closes latest at 5pm.)
Then, fortified, we can make an optional final push on to Hanging Rock for a
scenic view up the river from Shoalhaven River. A roll around the Nowra Showground and a look at the old stands, then an easy roll down passed Shoalhaven District Hospital and into Nowra, then using the new bridge off ramp infrastructure back to the start.
