Ride west to Silverwater, the M4 cycleway and Liverpool railtrail to explore Mirambeena Regional Res., then along Orphan School Creek to Prospect Reservoir's canal routes with a stop at Greenfield Park (45km) before heading back to Meadowbank.
Consider bringing snack as coffee stop is past ride halfway point.
