This ride is aimed at easier riders looking to improve their traffic skills and riding a longer distance. The ride encompasses cyclepaths and marked on-road cycle-lanes generally in quieter back streets, providing an introduction to riding with traffic.;The ride starts at Meadowbank wharf and travels to Concord and Five Dock before proceeding to the Hawthorne Canal cyclepath. A coffee stop will be at Haberfield, then proceed through Ashfield and complete the loop via Cooks River cycleway. The ride is anticipated to take approx 4 hrs including the coffee stop.

All riders wear an approved helmet and carry water, at least one spare tube plus a pump.

While on Bike North rides and activities, you may be photographed or videoed. Photographs and videos
may be used by Bike North for social media or promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be
included in social media, they should make it known at the beginning of the activity or as soon as possible
and other participants must respect their wishes.
