Who is it for?
Families who want to turn the school run into quality time, and leave the hassles of the car at home.

Not sure if eBikes are for you?

  • Lug+Carrie will deliver the bike to your home or your school and show you how to use it.
  • We’ll provide tips on how to ride safely with children. 
  • Lug+Carrie will be here to to support you during your trial. 

Returning to cycling?

  • We’re here to get you back on the bike, it’s what we do.
  • Our bikes are one-size-fits-all, safe, and stable thanks to the smaller wheels.
  • Fitness and hills aren’t an issue thanks to the electric motor.

Want to ride more?

  • You can ride with one or two kids (even a second adult!)
  • Ride to school, to work, the shops or to the football on the weekend on a single charge.
  • Modular and capable of carrying up to 200kg, our bikes can replace your car for more than just the school run.

What is the trial?

The trial includes an eCargo bike of  your choice with any accessories for 8-weeks. The cost to you is 50% of the bike and accessories you choose.

Who is this trial for?

The offer is limited to 20 spots, for people in the for people in the Ku-ring-gai community

Are there any upfront costs?

There is $44 deposit to activate your subscription and book your delivery.  Your deposit will be refunded at the end of the 8 week trial. If you choose to continue your subscription as a full paying customer past 8 weeks then the deposit is subtracted from your first weekly charge.

What happens at the end of the 8 weeks?

You will be contacted in week 7 to see if you would like to keep your bike. If you do then your subscription will continue but at full price. This will be double the weekly charge you have been paying during the trial. 

If you would like to return your bike you will need to let us when we contact you in week 7.  If we can’t contact you or you don’t respond then you will be charged your full weekly subscription cost after 8 weeks.
